CUSTOMIZED LEADERSHIP LEARNING EVENTS
1. THE MEANING OF LEADERSHIP:
Participants will examine the meaning of leadership both personally and professionally. We will look at the importance of leadership and followership and the competencies needed to succeed in day-to-day interaction.
2. UNDERSTANDING PERSONALITY TYPE:
We will explore personality types and how to enhance communication with whom we interact.
3. BUILDING LEADERSHIP AGILITY:
Through this module, we will explore your leadership tendencies and introduce a framework for understanding how you can increase your effectiveness by nimbly moving between various leadership approaches.
4. LEVERAGING THINKING PATTERNS:
This module will analyze your thinking process and how they impact your approach to problem solving and decision-making.
5. HANDLING CONFLICT CONSTRUCTIVELY:
This module will assess your dominant approaches to conflict, and helps you to understand how to grow beyond these ingrained patterns and develop broader strategies toward handling crises and other difficult situations
6. ENHANCING EMOTIONAL SKILLS:
Through an exploration of your emotional intelligence, we will examine the impact of emotions in an organizational setting and examine practices for enhancing your emotional skills.
7. RECEIVING MEANINGFUL FEEDBACK:
This module offers a unique opportunity to obtain confidential feedback from your direct reports, managers, peers and families on your leadership behaviors, and will set up a capstone coaching session on how you can enhance your effectiveness as a leader.

EXECUTIVE LEADERS CONFLICT RESOLUTION WORKSHOP
THE FOCUS OF THIS WORKSHOP IS:
- UNDERSTANDING THE ROOT CAUSES OF CONFLICT:
The purpose of this session is to get the causes of conflict and its impact on organizations and individuals.
- ASSESSING PERSONAL APPROACHES TO CONFLICT:
The purpose of this session is to utilize different instruments to provide participants with a perspective on their preferred approach to conflict.
- CONFLICT SIMULATION:
We will utilize a powerful simulation aimed at enhancing participants' self-awareness and constructive strategies to conflict resolution.
- APPLYING THE FRAMEWORK:
Participants will be asked to write their own scenarios of current conflicts in their organization and will go through self-assessment by understanding the root cause of the conflict, examining their style of leadership and applying workable methods on how to constructively resolve the conflict.
- CHARTING OUT A ROADMAP:
Participants will be asked to take time to reflect and draw the lessons from the three days and commit to a more constructive course of action in dealing with conflict.
