The Lindmand Group - 360 Degree Feedback

Our 360 feedback processes and development tools are highly effective research based products designed to align individual behavior with organization objectives. Three hundred and sixty (360) degree feedback is necessary because people show different faces to different people. Some excel with bosses, some with everyone except bosses, and others can't deal with peers. Each source has additional information that is essential to the development and growth of leaders. In addition, each source has unique information to offer in completing an accurate portrait of an individual.
Even the best stumble, and the belief that the best will automatically learn what they need to learn is largely myth. It is essential to sound development plans that individuals look at themselves honestly. Individuals know their behavior and their intentions. What they don't know is their impact on others and the organization. To maximize development planning a 360 feedback instrument must be completed.
VOICES and Development Tracker are simple, easy to use computer-based LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT related tools that can help individuals achieve greater benefit from a 360 process. Equally important, it is easy to administer. Once you have selected the Raters for any given Learner, survey questionnaires can be distributed. Utilizing the sixty-seven (67) LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT core competencies, along with any specific organizational competencies (optional), VOICES reliably measures performance using an absolute five (5)-point scale. Raters are asked to directly rate or categorize whether the Learner has a Towering Strength, Talent,' Skill, Weakness or An Issue for each item. As a result of the data collected on each individual, personal development plans are created, and as a result of the built-in administrative functions, individual data can be combined to create group reports.
This feature provides a Needs Analysis which can be produced in multiple configurations, allowing the organization to deploy training and course development resources more effectively.
